1. All use of Club accommodation shall be subject to bookings.
2. The Bookings Manager shall have absolute discretion in the control of bookings, subject to these Guidelines and the Committee's directions.
3. Bookings requests (by web based ‘Booking Management System’ or telephone) for Members' usage will be processed from Monday 13 April 2009 – requests received before that date will not be processed in advance and will be processed in random order .
4. The term "Members' usage” in 3 above can include three Visitors for each Member for each booking request.
5. General bookings requests for Members, Member's Guests and Visitors (by web booking system or telephone) will be processed from Monday 27 April 2009 subject to the following :
   a. Requests will be confirmed on receipt of payment in full of the relevant lodge fees if space is available. The payment terms are ten (10) days from the date of the Invoice.
   b. Payments should be made via ANZ eGate® which can be accessed through the Booking Payment Section on the website ( www.trapdoor.com.au ). ANZ eGate® is a secure payment facility and details can be viewed at www.anz.com/egate . Payments via cheque or money order will be excepted by mail.
   c. Receipts will be issued only in the form of a Booking Confirmation.
   d. Requests for which Invoices have been issued and payment thus due will be held for a period of ten (10) days and NO longer.
   e. After ten (10) days, requests under (5.d) above will lapse and have no force.
   f. The standard weekly booking period is from Sunday to Sunday or Friday to Friday depending on availability. Partial midweek bookings will be accepted subject to availability and (5.g) below.
   g. Minimum booking period for ALL weekends during the Winter Season is two nights (Fri & Sat) and may be three nights for “long weekends” at the discretion of the Bookings Manager.
6. The Winter Season commences Friday night, Queen's Birthday Weekend.
7. In 2009, Trapdoor will observe the following differential season rates:
   a. Discount Season 5 June 2009 to 19 June 2009 and 13 September 2009 to Close
   b. Value Season 21 June 2009 to 30 July 2009 and 30 August 2009 to 12 September 2009
   c. Peak Season 31 July 2009 to 29 August 2009.
8. During Peak season, Group bookings greater than 16 persons will NOT be accepted due to a high Member demand during this period. Group bookings at other times will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
9. Group bookings may be required to provide a security deposit and sign a Conditions of Use authority. This will be at the Booking Managers discretion
10. If all booking information requested by the Booking Manager is NOT received, the booking request will NOT be processed.
11. The Bookings Manager may, by agreement, hold valid bookings requests (and payments for same) in a prioritised waiting list if space limitations at the Lodge preclude confirmation at the time of booking.
12. Requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings, and refund of any moneys paid subject to (5.a) above, will be at the discretion of the Committee in all cases except lack of skiiable snow during the recognised Winter season. Refer to Trapdoor's Cancellation and Refund Policy.
13. “Lack of snow” cancellations shall be at the discretion of the Bookings Manager.
14. The Child Rate applies from 5 to UNDER 15 years of age. Under 5 years, no charge but MUST be advised at time of booking.
